Data Deletion Instructions

CreatorFlow respects your privacy and provides a way for users to request deletion of information associated with their use of the CreatorFlow service.
CreatorFlow is available through https://popowala.com and may use Meta/Instagram APIs to provide authorized Instagram publishing functionality.
How to Request Data Deletion
If you want to request deletion of your CreatorFlow-related data, please contact us using the support/contact information available on popowala.com.
In your request, please provide:
- Your name or account identifier.
- Your Instagram username, if applicable.
- The email address associated with your CreatorFlow account, if applicable.
- A request clearly stating that you want your CreatorFlow data deleted.
What Happens After Your Request
After receiving your request, we will verify the request where reasonably necessary and identify the information associated with your CreatorFlow account.
We will then take reasonable steps to delete the requested personal information and other CreatorFlow-related data that we are not required to retain.
Some information may need to be retained where required by law, for security purposes, to prevent fraud or abuse, to resolve disputes, or to comply with legitimate legal obligations.
Instagram / Meta Authorization
If you have connected your Instagram account to CreatorFlow, you can also revoke CreatorFlow’s authorization through the applicable Meta/Instagram account settings.
Revoking authorization prevents CreatorFlow from continuing to access information through the permissions that were previously granted.
Revoking Instagram authorization does not necessarily delete information that was previously stored by CreatorFlow. To request deletion of previously stored CreatorFlow data, please submit a data deletion request as described on this page.
Data That May Be Deleted
Depending on the information associated with your account, your deletion request may include:
- Instagram account information received through authorized Meta/Instagram APIs.
- CreatorFlow account information.
- Access tokens or authorization information stored by CreatorFlow.
- Uploaded videos, images, captions, and other media associated with your account.
- Publishing or scheduling information associated with your account.
- Other personal information associated with your CreatorFlow account.
Certain technical, security, transaction, or legal records may be retained where necessary or legally required.
Processing Time
We will process valid data deletion requests within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable privacy laws and legal requirements.

Important Notice
Data deletion requests apply to information controlled or processed by CreatorFlow.
Deleting your CreatorFlow data does not automatically delete your Instagram account, Instagram content, or information held directly by Meta or Instagram. To manage or delete information held by Meta/Instagram, you should use the privacy and account controls provided by Meta/Instagram.
